Christmas is fast approaching and it’s important, now more than ever, to have back up plans for keeping your sobriety through the holidays.

These are the five nonalcoholic breweries that have your back this holiday season and all year. If you’re planning on doing a Dry January, keep these companies in mind.

Partake

Partake was created solely by Ted Fleming who, after being diagnosed with Crohn’s disease, wasn’t able to drink alcohol anymore. This Canada based brewery makes beers that will make you take a second look at its alcohol content. Is this actually a nonalcoholic beer? This one has even fooled regular beer drinks with how close to the real thing it tastes. It’s been a home run for every beer I’ve tried from this company, you can’t go wrong with this company.

If you like IPAs, I would definitely recommend theirs. It has hints of grapefruit, it’s bitter, and it’s only 10 calories. While normal IPAs can weigh you down, this one is just refreshing. If you’re keto, this nonalcoholic IPA is also only 2 grams of carbs.
