For sure, the first couple of weeks is pretty bad with how much fiber you're getting that your body isn't cool with at first. But it does get better, at least it did for me! I do notice that I still get bloated with things like broccoli and beans though but overall, it's been almost 3 months now and I actually feel way less bloated and slimmer! I think what you're doing is great, just cutting down but I still highly recommend swapping out shredded cheese with nutritional yeast! It's easy to do and the yeast has b vitamins and protein! It was the first swap I made and it really worked out!
