Increasing your productivity with bulletproof coffee.
What would I do without you?
For a few months now, I’ve been indulging in bulletproof coffee. If you’re not sure what that is, it can vary but it’s usually comprised of:
- Coffee (duh)
- Butter, Coconut Oil, or Ghee
- MCT Oil or some variation of that
Now, you can read the official Bulletproof company’s website where it will list all of the benefits but I think they try too hard to convince you that only their products will work. I’ve had success so far with normal butter, MCT oil, and coffee. I don’t think you should have to buy expensive products to get the same benefits.
Since I work out in the morning, I do also add collagen in mine but it’s not necessary for your standard bulletproof coffee.
So, what’s the deal?
The main idea is that instead of eating breakfast, you’d drink this coffee instead. A lot of keto-ers will drink this to increase their fat intake for the day as well. But because it is a high fat drink, I wouldn’t drink this and then eat breakfast. And believe me, I have and it makes you feel way too full.
