Intermittent fasting has seriously taught me what being actually hungry feels like. Even though I haven’t lost any weight, my mood level stays the same all day thanks to not overeating in the morning.
And most of this article talks about making small changes. I fight with that a lot because I want to make the biggest changes and have the biggest rewards but it’s not sustainable. This is a good reminder that even 30 minutes is better than being overwhelmed and not doing it at all.
