The lies I was told about alcohol

There are a lot of things that alcohol told me through the years. Now that I’ve been sober for a while, I know that most of those things aren’t true.

But it blows my mind how much movies, advertisements, even our modern culture not only normalizes alcohol but makes it seem really cool. As if you couldn’t be cool if you abstained from alcohol…
