The very first time I got on a bouldering wall earlier this year, I literally started to hyperventilate.

I felt like a cat who got stuck in a tree.

Now, you’re totally spot on, my social anxiety and fear of heights can vary. Some days I’ll feel bold and climb a lot while other days, I do the easiest routes possible to make sure I did something.
