You look amazing! Strength training for sure has been a major factor in keeping weight off for myself. Cardio just didn’t do it for me and when I was at my heaviest, it was hard on my knees to do cardio actually.

Now that I weight lift and boulder, it’s been a lot easier to shed those pounds.
